From urgent requests to a shared decision framework
I created The Blueprint Hub, a four-step framework that gave urgent requests a clear starting point, helping two teams align faster, document just enough and turn one-off requests into reusable decisions. From scattered files to a shared shipping system
I created a repeatable release governance system in Figma, which I called The Product Design Release Protocol. It made delivery status, ownership and traceability visible across Design, Product and Engineering.
I apply clarity, connection, and collaboration as a mantra. In that order, they help us avoid building from the top down and create a method that can be applied to any project.
Clarity
Remove assumptions and gray areas from day one. Define problem, scope, and success criteria.
Connection
Align team, business, and strategy around one direction. Build a shared model for consistent decisions.
Collaboration
Make progress not dependent on one person. Lightweight rituals + docs that keep shipping.
My background spans graphic design and web development, and that mix still shapes how I work today. It lets me move between design, product, and engineering without losing the thread.
I like finding the structure behind messy problems and making it easier for people to build together.
Collaborative by nature. Systems thinker by default.
